We offer apartments with full, high-quality finishing in a renovated house in Old Riga, Miesnieku Street 13, 15, 17, in the project "Vilhelma Nami".

During the reconstruction, three houses were combined in one building complex, and a single two-level courtyard was created for them. The houses have 12 apartments with an area from 84 to 199 m2. In the basement there are storage rooms for apartments in the building. The residents of Vilhelma Nami also have access to sports and relaxation complex, a sauna, hot and cold pool, and a gym.

All apartments are fully furnished. The interior of the apartments is strongly dominated by white, which gives space to the premises and allows to stand out the special accent of the design of the premises - exposed with brick walls and beams.

The apartments and common premises are equipped with modern engineering and security solutions. Each living room has an autonomous ventilation and heating system with intensity control, air conditioning in the summer. All apartments are equipped with security and fire alarms, video surveillance, telephone lines and Wi-Fi. The kitchen and bathroom have heated floors. The buildings are equipped with the most modern building management and access control systems.

The luminaires in the interior of the apartments have been selected from Japanese lighting designer Ingo Maurer and designer Filipe Stark’s company “Flos”. Fireplaces - from the French manufacturer ‘’Focus’’. The interior is complemented by contemporary art and specially selected items from auctions and antiques in Europe. Sanitary ware materials are used from the Italian designer company ‘’Rexa’’. Spanish brand ”Inalco” tiles are used in the bathrooms. The furniture is selected from such Italian brands as Driade, Gervasoni, Cassina, Boffi and others.

 

Bleached oak, teak and stone are used for the flooring of the apartments. The walls are plastered with lime plaster, leaving the brick walls exposed in some places. Windows are made of metal and wooden constructions. Only natural fibers are used in the interior decoration and furniture, like linen, silk, velvet. In the exclusive designers lighting systems LED technology bulbs are used.

The facades of the three old ‘speaker’ houses on Miesnieku Street have been preserved authentic. Thanks to the glazed wall of the atrium in the middle, the courtyard part acquires a modern look. The lobby of the house complex is located on the first floor.

It is planned to use only environmentally friendly materials of the reconstruction of Vilhelma Nami. The load-bearing walls of the building are made of bricks, the interior walls are made of building blocks. The coverings are concreted on load-bearing metal piles.
