We would like to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate regarding possible violations of personal data protection.

When sending a request in the form of an e-mail to info@astraproperty.lv, any Customer has the right to request access to the Customer's personal data, request to correct the Customer's personal data, request to delete the Customer's personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of the Customer's personal data.

Persons who contact the Company about buying a real estate (including purchase, lease, rental or other transactions), or request information about any of the real estate offered for purchase by the Company, may be asked to provide personal data to arrange a real estate viewing; in order to comply with the agreement with the owner of the real estate, this is required to provide evidence of the fact of viewing of the real estate with the Customer. With the consent of the Customer, the Company may also process the Customer's data in order to ensure further communication with the Customer by sending or otherwise providing information about other real estate, and by organizing viewings of this real estate. The Customer may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of data at any time, but the withdrawal of the consent will in no way affect the lawfulness of the personal data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The Company's privacy policy may be changed at any time; any changes will be published on the Company's website.


Duration of personal data storage

The Company stores and processes the Customer personal data while the Company has a legal basis or obligation to store personal data, including while the agreement or contract concluded between the Company and the Customer is valid, and as long as the consent given by the Customer to the processing and storage of personal data is valid.
